The amenities in the room were lacking. There were no glasses or plates provided, and the hotel did not offer complementary toothbrushes or vanity kits. Additionally, the initial payment process was frustrating and resulted in a delay in accessing the room. while the staff were accommodating, the rooms themselves were lacking in some key areas.
